2783 | 97 | A solid two weeks of work. A good friend coming to town to visit. Hiking fun. I am so very thankful.

1940. Year 2. No daylight savings time nonsense for me AND now my people are 1 hour closer in time. Double thankful!
1941. Spending the whole day with family, eating, watching football, holding a new baby. So much thankful.

1943. Getting out of work early to get an emissions inspection and passing the test.
1944. Having a heart to heart talk that has me Taking steps to get into a community group and to stop avoiding community.

1945. Getting enough hours at work means working more hours. A catch 22.
1946. Election Day is almost over and I know who I choose to worship and serve.
1947. A really nice day at work with a surgeon I haven’t worked with before taking care of folks who are having reconstructive plastic eye surgery after trauma.

1948. 20 Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and eat with him, and he with me. (‭Revelation‬ ‭3‬:‭20‬ ESV) We had free pizza for lunch and Revelation 3:20 was stamped on the boxes so I had to look it up. So cool.
1949. Conflict resolution is never fun, but it is still good and I am still thankful.

2776 :: 90 :: A fun quality week in PA with my people. Lunch with 4 of 6 family elders. Hiking the D + L Trail. Making it back to AZ to retire the backpack for a season. I am super thankful!

1794. Got to cut my favorite sister’s hair to prepare for chemo. She cried. I’m thankful she is still here and now we are hair twins for a minute.
