31 weeks. Back in the routine. Hiking. Now backpacking. God is good. I am thankful.

  1. My husband used to go backpacking all the time – he loved it! Sounds like your first trip was a great success. Any blisters? And did you find the Lost Dutchman Mine, which is supposedly located in the Superstition Mountains?

    But really, who needs his hidden wealth? We have all the riches of God’s blessings, and an eternal inheritance awaiting us!!

    • Amen sister! No gold in them thar hills. No blisters either. A rolled ankle. A bruised elbow. A slide down a shallow ravine caught by branches and cat like reflexes and friends. And a tumble into cactus. Other than that… Ha” you can read all the lessons learned tomorrow in that post. 😜
