Santa Brigida

I went on a heavenly bus trip to Santa Brigida today. It’s the heart of wine country in Gran Canaria. Driving this island is simply amazing. Photos don’t do the beauty justice. It was such a pleasure to move around in sweet silence, with the occasional pregunta (question) to ask. Going solo makes me speak the local language. It’s a good thing. Happy July! Enjoy the photos!

  1. There is something so beautiful about old stone building, blue skies and narrow streets. I have never left the US but hope God allows for me to travel to different counties and cultures someday. We are not even close to wealthy enough to travel for leisure, so it is going to have to be in ministry, which is a lot better anyway.

    • I couldn’t agree more. This is the best adventure I’ve ever been on. I’m so blessed to be here and take part in what God is doing through Mercy Ships. The beautiful places a just an added gift.
